Thread Cut-off day after X ($$)

Hey all,

I need a small modifcation for my forum and I am willing to pay $ via PayPal. Please read on if you are interested.

Brief Description

What this hack will do is the following; It will indicate a thread by making the title a different color once it is older than X. So what will happen is, a user will input a number that will represent "days". If a thread is older (ie: or greater) than X amount of "Days" specified by the user, the title of that thread will be coloured red.

Requirements

1) Vbulletin 3.5.4 using MySQL & PHP 5

There must be an admin control field where you should be able to exclude any forums where this hack will not apply. So you can specify which forum you want the hack to work in.

You should be able to specify which HTML mark you want to wrap around the title. So for example there should be 2 input box's with written "<b>" and "</b>". This is similar to the "USERNAME HTML MARKUP" specified in the usergroup options. See image below.

The input box of where each user will specify their own cut-off days should be in a form of "$cutoff" where you can place it in the navbar and a box will appear and have a label saying "Cut-off days" and a button saying "Update". Once the button is pressed the cut-off days will be updated in the database and the page reloaded.

Terms

I would like this modification to be sold as a complete product and not just a plugin. Full detailed installation should be included in a text file format with the completed product. This product should not be made public. Pyament will be made via paypal only and payment will be made before the coder sends the finished product and installation guide.
