Post Login Issues, PHP/MySQL

I have this league system for my soccer website and for some reason it would let me stay logged in, I can access the admin panel but whatever I click on it says "You are not allowed to view this part of the site." and a login is there, I login and click any link and the same thing happens. "You are not allowed to view this part of the site."

I am guessing it's a session error but I am not sure what to look for or even how to fix it, When I installed the league it created 6 MySQL files.

Thanks
JamieLee2k

My admin script did the same thing for my dll fusion site.. the password was modified via the config file, and the username is case sensitive, check all your config files etc
