Hack Request, This might be a little tough

Right let me try to explain, I am getting loads of fake members from people I have banned and they keep coming back and re-reigsting new members so I have been thinking about all the work I have been doing in regards to checking out the member before I allow them into my forums and so I think this hack will help most sites that use the "Users Awaiting Moderation"

How about having a Admincp option where,
1. You can put the email address in for all the information you want the details to be sent too.

2. List of options you want to check!

Then display all the options used to check out new members like:

• IP address agains't other members!
• IP address to display where the user is from!
• (for me I need to check a gamertag - custom option) http/gamercard.xbox.com/$post[field_XX].card using code from a hack to put in gamertags into postbit
• If there is a way to detect if they are using a proxy (can't see how this is done)

Maybe it's a little hard to do but if you don't ask you don't get

Most of this can already be done by searching through vBulletin.org and using custom profile fields manager in ACP

The problem with only allowing one IP per user is that what if someone is on a network? Or at school? Or at work

However i might be misunderstanding the question, but there is my view
