Report post system

Hi i want someone to create a decent report post system where they can simply click a button and it sends a pm to members of staff (selected in acp which usergroups it goes to)

The user should also be able to have the option of including a comment if they wish

Can someone do this please

Hey how about this.

There is a report post button, user leaves a comment as usual then in the navbar underneath Private Messages it says - Post Reports: 29

etc..

Then when you click on it it is like a bug report system where you can add notes which is viewable by the person who reported it and the person can reply to the notes/add noted etc

Then the mod/admin can close the case or whatever

Its abit like a ticked system

But can you do this
