Thread Prefixe

Hello,

First, there is one hack named "Thread Prefixe" in vBulletin.org but it's not what i need and it uses file code changes witch i don't want (specially for vB upgrades)

So, here i go:
If it's possible to make hack based on that prefixe hack, or do something similar but including these features:
- No code change (no file edit)
- Prefixes can be set only in the AdminCP
- Per-prefixe color, that means possibility to choose a color for every prefixe (ex: solved in green, problem in red...etc)
- Per-Prefixe permessions, that means we can prevent some groupes from using some prefixes.
- Only the author of the thread and the mods/admins can add/edit the prefixe !!!

And if my request was rejected or not admited or not possible please let me know !!

This is definately added to my hack system.When it is finished I can release it as a stand alone product

I think there's a misunderstanding !

I want the prefixe feature only not the whole hack system.
