Welcome thread

Hi,

I'm searching for a mod that will add a tread in a forum called welcome with the name from the just registered guest. He she becomes a member. In the thread should be the text:

Welcome [name]
bla bla bla bla

Is this possible, or has somebody did this??:confused:
