How to configure robots.txt?

I get following error in web crawl of my webmaster tools........
http/www.mydomainname.com/function.require 404 (Not found)

When I search for http/www.mydomainname.com/function.require in my Styles & Templates>> Search in Templates, it reditects me to style manager page!

Anything more I should try?
