How I can get a full backup of my forum (Users,thread,post)

I will upload my forum in a new server and i want take this backup

Just download all forum files and then go to Maintance and make a full database backup

thank you.And for reverse backup i will upload all files in the new ftp.And i will upload the database after admin setup or before??

Either one, it has all the information in the backup. I'd just re-upload all files and restore the database and be done
